Villa Miri began with a simple dream: to create a place where guests from around the world could feel at home in Croatia, while enjoying the comfort and elegance of a luxury villa. What started as a small family project has grown into three exclusive villa complexes in Privlaka (soon there’ll be fourth), each designed with care, detail, and the warmth of true Dalmatian hospitality.
As a family-owned business, we believe that every guest should feel like part of the Villa Miri family. Over the years, we have welcomed travelers from across Europe and beyond, and many return year after year drawn back by the peaceful setting, the authenticity of our villas, and the unforgettable memories created here.

Two families with children: there was plenty of space for 7 people. 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The layout was very good. Upstairs there was also a very large terrace. The pool was heated, and there was also a grill. Only 1 minute to the sea. The children went to the pool at least three times a day and in between to the sea. In October, it’s very peaceful there. The staff was very friendly! We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful time. Thank you 🙂
Perfect Family Getaway/ Our 18-day stay was very good. The property is spacious, bright, and superbly maintained, making it an ideal home base. Located in a picturesque area, it offers easy access to walking paths, breathtaking sea views, and mountain vistas from the top floor. It's fully equipped for long stays, and renting SUPs, bikes, or booking a boat trip through the host adds convenience. For quicker responses, communicate with the host by phone or in person, as they live nearby. Good choice for a comfortable family retreat.
There were 23 of us divided between 2 houses, and everyone was thrilled with the location — absolutely recommended, just around the corner with direct access to the sandy beach. Also, the hospitality of Dragan, Dominik, and Andrea was absolutely top-notch. We had a great time, had everything we needed, and would love to come back.
We loved our stay at Villa Miri! We were 40 students for our spring break holiday and had an excellent time. First of all the houses were completely clean and the hosts responded immediately to each of our requests. Dragan also offered a lot of additional services like a self cooked fish dinner, stand up paddles, private boat tour, mountain bikes or gave recommendations of nearby restaurants or supermarkets. Everything was exactly as promised in the Airbnb listing and we really enjoyed our time and would recommend it to everyone, be it families or groups of students.
An absolutely unforgettable boat trip! We discovered a breathtaking secret beach, swam above a shipwreck full of fish, visited a remote lighthouse, and explored a hidden submarine cave. Each stop was more amazing than the last. Dominik was fantastic – super friendly, very attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable. Thank you for this magical day full of discoveries and unforgettable moments!

Right now, we can offer you 16 villas. We have 3 complexes, each of those complexes has amount of villas available for rent. We are in the process of building another complex, that will make 4 complexes in total with more than 16 accommodation units (villas).
Yes, each of our 3 complexes is very close to each other, just a short walk from the beach, in Privlaka, Zadar County.
Villa Miri is located in Privlaka, a peaceful village on the Zadar Riviera, only 20 minutes from the city of Zadar and 30 minutes from Zadar Airport. The location is perfect for families and guests looking for a quiet holiday close to the beach but still well connected to Dalmatian attractions.
Depending on the villa, the capacity ranges from 6 to 10 guests. Each villa has multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
The beach is within walking distance – most villas are only 200–300 meters from the sea. Guests can enjoy sandy and pebble beaches in Privlaka, while famous spots like Queen’s Beach in Nin are nearby.
Yes, Villa Miri is an excellent choice for families. All villas are safe and private, with fenced outdoor spaces, private pools, secure parking, and nearby shallow beaches perfect for children.
Alongside accommodation, we provide additional services such as private transfers from Zadar Airport, guided trekking and cycling tours, professional tourist guides, in-villa massage treatments, and assistance with organizing excursions around the Zadar Riviera.
