Villa Miri began with a simple dream: to create a place where guests from around the world could feel at home in Croatia, while enjoying the comfort and elegance of a luxury villa. What started as a small family project has grown into three exclusive villa complexes in Privlaka (soon there’ll be fourth), each designed with care, detail, and the warmth of true Dalmatian hospitality.
As a family-owned business, we believe that every guest should feel like part of the Villa Miri family. Over the years, we have welcomed travelers from across Europe and beyond, and many return year after year drawn back by the peaceful setting, the authenticity of our villas, and the unforgettable memories created here.

Zwei Familien mit Kindern: Platz war für 7 Personen genug da. 4 Bäder und 4 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Aufteilung war sehr gut. Oben gab es noch eine sehr große Terrasse. Der Pool war beheizt. Grill ist auch vorhanden. 1 Minuten bis zum Meer. Die Kinder sind mindestens 3x am Tag in den Pool und zwischendurch ins Meer. Im Oktober gibt es dort viel Ruhe. Personal war sehr! freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Danke 🙂
Perfect Family Getaway/ Our 18-day stay was very good. The property is spacious, bright, and superbly maintained, making it an ideal home base. Located in a picturesque area, it offers easy access to walking paths, breathtaking sea views, and mountain vistas from the top floor. It's fully equipped for long stays, and renting SUPs, bikes, or booking a boat trip through the host adds convenience. For quicker responses, communicate with the host by phone or in person, as they live nearby. Good choice for a comfortable family retreat.
Bilo nas je 23 osobe podijeljene u 2 kuće, to je svi su bili oduševljeni lokacijom, apsolutno preporučeno, iza ugla s pristupom izravno pješčanoj plaži. Također, gostoprimstvo Dragana,Dominika i Andrea bilo je apsolutno vrhunsko. Bilo nam je jako zabavno, a također i sve što nam je bilo potrebno, voljeli bismo se vratiti.
We loved our stay at Villa Miri! We were 40 students for our spring break holiday and had an excellent time. First of all the houses were completely clean and the hosts responded immediately to each of our requests. Dragan also offered a lot of additional services like a self cooked fish dinner, stand up paddles, private boat tour, mountain bikes or gave recommendations of nearby restaurants or supermarkets. Everything was exactly as promised in the Airbnb listing and we really enjoyed our time and would recommend it to everyone, be it families or groups of students.
An absolutely unforgettable boat trip! We discovered a breathtaking secret beach, swam above a shipwreck full of fish, visited a remote lighthouse, and explored a hidden submarine cave. Each stop was more amazing than the last. Dominik was fantastic – super friendly, very attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable. Thank you for this magical day full of discoveries and unforgettable moments!

Right now, we can offer you 16 villas. We have 3 complexes, each of those complexes has amount of villas available for rent. We are in the process of building another complex, that will make 4 complexes in total with more than 16 accomodation units (villas).
